DWTS Winner: Dancing With The Stars Winner

This season of Dancing With The Stars similar to ones on the past featured some great talents mixed in with lots of rookies. From the beginning of this season a few dancers stood out as front runners. As the weeks progressed and the stars decreased we were left with 3 finalists. Last night the The Dancing With The Stars winner for season 11 was announced and awarded the DWTS Winner Mirror Ball Trophy.

The winner of this season is no stranger to dance. She starred in one of the biggest dance movies of all time, Dirty Dancing, and this season she was paired up with 2 time DWTS champion Derek Hough. We are talking about DWTS winner Jennifer Grey the 2010 season 11 Dancing With The Stars winner.

Last nights show also featured 2 other couples vying for the win. Bristol Palin and partner Mark Ballas ended up in third place, while Kyle Massey and dance partner Lacey Schwimmer came in second. Winner Jennifer Grey was emotional with her win as earlier in the day she was unsure if she would even be able to compete. With severe neck degeneration, resulting from a car accident many years ago, it was a huge accomplishment for Jennifer to even compete this season. With the DWTS winner for season 11 announced it won’t be long before another season starts and we have a new Dancing With the Stars Winner.
