There was a chance for the San Antonio Spurs to force overtime but Richard Jefferson missed an open 3-pointer as time expired.

The buzzer sounded and Memphis players came off the benches ready to celebrate the first playoff win for the franchise. This was a big deal since they had tried 13 times.
