Today was day three of action at the Canadian Open at the Shaughnessy Golf and Country Club in Vancouver B.C. After yesterdays play concluded we saw the field of golfers cut down to 75. Yesterdays leaders Chad Campbell and Michael Thompson took at tumble today on the Canadian Open leaderboard, both moving down to 12th spot after shooting even on the day.
A nice surprise for Canadians is the second place standing of Canadian Adam Hadwin. Currently sitting at four under par, only one stroke off of the leader Bo Van Pelt. Today, only 11 golfers shot under par, as can be seen on the Canadian Open leaderboard. There has been a lot of change in positions among golfers today, which means that it is still anyone’s tournament to win.
Tomorrow the final round of the tournament will take place. The winner of the Canadian Open is set to walk away with $936,000, with the total purse for the tournament set st $5.2 million. Tune in Sunday to see all of the changes to the Canadian Open leaderboard as they happen, and also see who walks away as the winner.
