Tour de France 2011: Stage 19 Results

Cyclist Andy Schleck grabbed the yellow jersey while Frenchman Piere Rolland finished first in the last stage the Tour de France 2011 Stage 19 results showed. Schleck managed to outstrip Thomas Voeckler in the overall standings while Alberto Contador did his best to secure a good position for attacking the title in later stages.

In the Tour De France 2011 Stage 19 results, Alberto Contador finished third followed by the Schleck brothers, Cadel Evans and Thomas Voeckler. Actually, Evans did a great job in stage 19 after he experienced serious mechanical troubles in the beginning of the stage and eventually changed his bike. His climbing abilities allowed him to catch up with the leaders, finishing in a virtual tie with the Schleck brothers.

Today individual time trial will take place in Tour De France 2011 in the Alps.
